Competitors will need to be registered, paid up members of Canoeing Ireland (this is so that you are insured during the event). If you are not a member or if your membership is out of date, you will be required to update your membership at bib collection.

Will we be ok with C&S insurance?

Pretty sure the membership thing will be ignored on registration. If not then I'm sure affiliated membership like we have will be fine
