Boat Rules

So as my final act as quippe I have written up these rules
To prolong the lifetime of popular boats these rules have been introduced:
• Girls have preference on the small Machno
• Zet Five, Pyranha 9r are racing creekers, these are not to be brought down rivers that are not running (i.e. Castleconnell at normal flows, Clare Glens at under 0.6m, etc.) (Allowances will be made for whitewater races)
• The Waka Stout has incredibly soft plastic this is also not to be allowed down rivers that are not running
