Safety statement update

Stuff that isn't involving getting wet here (nights out, fundraising etc)

So the committee are trying to update the safety statement to make it more relevant to how the club works and enforce some rules we have that are not concrete on paper.

If you have any recommendations or updates to the statement can you please post below we are hoping to have it approved by next semester.

Is paddling at night on it? We could add it where there is adequate streetlight or we light it up e.g. Crannafest, Gower, Outback or when we light up Top Drop (been years since we did that)

Also if qualified instructors could make decisions about trips while paddling within the grade they can instruct for and are themselves on the trip. (In the same way that the Captain and safety officer do)
