Rope Training & First Aid Night

On Thursday 22nd November we will be holding a rope training and first aid night in the boathouse. Meeting around 7:15pm
We'll be teaching everything from basic rope throwing skills to pulley systems for boat pins and how to help in various first aid scenarious, as well as the kit needed and safe practise. We can throw in some rope throwing competitions, or who can make a Z drag the quickest. It'll be a fun night and with Kerry and Scotland approaching anyone interested in those trips should make the effort to attend.
