As most people may know, the club has put together a Trips Policy & Procedure document outlining the procedure and guidelines that should be followed when deciding on who gets to go on Club Trips that are in high demand domestically or internationally. It was introduced to the club at our AGM on Monday 12th February 2018 by Eoghan Calnan.

Over the last three months, we have debated points and drafts at committee meetings and with the SU. The final draft and approved version of the policy was approved by the committee on Wednesday 4th April. Please find a copy of the document below. This policy is to be used when selecting people for Trips in high demand with limited space. If you have any questions about it send me a message.
