River Clean Up -19th March 2017

Calling all members !!!
Our annual river clean up is drawing near once again and the help of all our members will be needed to beat our impressive haul from last year!!

When : Sunday 19th March 2017
Where : Kayakers Meeting at the UL Boathouse @ 9:30am ( to get into gear) .
Everyone not in the kayaking club meeting @ 10 am

We'll take to the water gathering rubbish on the banks and islands of the Shannon as it flows through UL. Bags, gloves and litter pickers will all be provided, all we need is some help.


This year aims to beat all records with the UL Green Committee coordinating an on the bank clean up at the same time . We will have complimentary food and drinks afterwards for all involved . If any of you are interested in attending you'd be more than welcome, sign up below and come along on the day.
