So guys its that time of year again! This is your chance to buy some pretty shiny new things, its like a gift from you to you!
The club will be putting in an i-canoe gear order on Friday 28th October at 6.00pm (end of week 8 ).

For those of you who don't know each semester we send a big club order to I-canoe and usually get a 20% discount with the club. I-canoe is a shop in Dublin that sells all the pretty gear you see kayakers strutting around in.

All you have to do is have a look on the website here http://www.i-canoe.com/ and pick out what you like (neoprene socks are bae!). Then post up here what you would like along with size, colour, qualtity etc, and please include link to avoid any mistakes. I'll then throw them all in the order and we should get 20% off and free shipping then.

If you're interested in getting any gear don't hesitate to ask anyone in the club for a bit of advice and they'd be happy to help.

The deadline on this is FINAL and if you do not have your order in by this deadline you will not get your order.

Dearest Trish,

Thank you for organising this bulk buy. I wish to purchase the following:
That should work out as:

Code: Select all

(€150 + €30 + €10 + €15) = €195
€195 * 0.8 = €156

Sound!

Keith what you want is 4 meters of this tied in a loop as Shane said. 7 meters is way too long though, 4 is the norm.

If your planning ahead, a common thing you'll find in all our BA's is 5 meters of sling tape rolled up, used instead of a rope when someone is close or in certain rescues and ropework. If you want to hit two birds with the one stone get 9 meters and you'll have the 5 ready for when you need it.
