Paul Austin of Get West has very generously offered us the use of his kayaks, sups, climbing wall, archery range and zorbs on the day free of charge as long as we man them ourselves.
This is where you guys come in, can anyone who will be free on the day please volunteer to help out, we'll run through everything on the day, how to use the equipment, run the activities etc.
Please only sign up if you will definitely be there and you can post up what you want to do too(any of the activities, collecting money etc.)
Also anyone handy with photoshop could you make up a poster for me? I'll message whoever volunteers to say what we want on it.
This is the end of week 3 so I want to get it launched before the end of this weekend to get a good build up to it.
For those of you who don't know Limerick Marine Search and Rescue, they are a voluntary organisation who carry out essential services in Limerick, assisting with searches for people on the rivers and also teaching adults and children about water safety in a positive environment. They have a pontoon in Harveys Quay which Get West also use and should have some of their crew out on the day for tours of the pontoon and their boats.
