Committee meetings take place every second week during the academic semesters on either the Tuesday or Wednesday at 7pm. In the week leading upto the meeting an agenda is built up which will be discussed at the meeting. If anyone has anything they would like added to an agenda please post below. If you have an idea or something you'd like to discuss we'd be happy to have you come along. If the item isn't something to be said publicly for whatever reason you could also let either me or Mark Fitzpatrick (Mr. Secretary), or really any committee member know and we'll have for it added and arrange for you to come along if you wish.

If you have any ideas, or things you'd like spoken about please make sure to let us know. Thanks :)

Hey guys, I was thinking would it be worthwhile to make a thread for videos either made by the club members or found online which contain instructions and advice on how to do certain strokes/whitewater skills such as rolling, Boofing, flaring or even just basics such as how to paddle forward efficiently or break in or out of current. Maybe, "instructional video thread" could be the name.

Personally I think with the amount of people who have go pros and video editing software this would be easily done in the pool or on the river.

Set up a thread to put it all in the weekly email emphasising that newcomers should watch the videos for the strokes they are learning, more advanced moves could also be added.

If people don't want to make videos themselves, Gene 17 are a good stating point on youtube (Simon Westgarth).

That would be handy for sure
Sheep, like all wool-bearing animals, instinctively travel north, where it's colder, and they won't be so stuffy.

All we have to do is sweet talk UCD, convince them to change it for a year.
