Design a slalom gate competition!

Stuff that isn't involving getting wet here (nights out, fundraising etc)

The international canoeing federation are running a competition to design a new slalom gate. It's open to anyone and everyone. I thought it might interest those with an inventive streak.

€3000 for the best mechanical design
€3000 for the best electronic design
