The club will be sending a cheque to Canoeing Ireland in the next week, if anybody would also like to join our "governing body of the sport and recreation of canoeing in Ireland."
Normally it costs €30 a year, but if done through the club, its only €20. The benefits of membership can be seen in the link below, however, the primary reason to join, is that CI will not award certs (except level 2 skills) to non CI members. If you're planning on being assessed on Level 3/4 Skills in the next year, you will need to be a CI member.
Deadline is next Wed the 30th @ 6pm
