#17 the Cedars is a fully furnished, classy house, with a lovely kitchen and 6 different room sizes to choose from, from The Box to The (other) En-Suite, you can have your pick!
Also, it's located at the very top of The Cedars, on the highest part of the lane, meaning you can speed to wherever you're going with ease!

...Basically I'm looking for 6 people to help me fill the house for the summer.
And it is actually a really nice house.
