Did a 39:49 last week and a 39:20 this week. Both days absolutely zero flow in the dark.

Might be faster if I could see where I was going. Let's revive this thing!

Boom! I wasn't sure Simon's time was ever going to be beaten. What proof do you want Gav?! Don't you trust me?? It looks like paddling pretty much full time for two months improved the fitness slightly!

It's only around 3%. It's a jump alright but I haven't done a timed run in ages and I've been paddling shitloads since. It's legit, get out there and beat it!

Did what I thought was a very fast time but turned out to be around 39.05. Only had the stopwatch on my phone so wasn't accurate.
