Did a horrific 38:32 in a gola.
Down to the bridge in 17:41. Took me almost 21 minutes to get back against a balls of a wind.

Good session on Wednesday, across and back under the bridge x2, reverse up to thomond bridge x2. Working on more effective sweep strokes, and keeping good technique when sprinting
