There is a training day in Cork next Sunday for Ladies from all of the colleges. It's fab practice for varsisities but is also open to everyone to just have a fun day out .
All ladies welcome once you've been to a few sessions.

Meeting at the bouthouse at 7:45 on Sunday. Taking Laurens car with Lauren, Isobel, Ciara, Aysha and myself. One boat is being brought by DCU but we need gear for the 5 of us. Hope everyone is excited.. Below is the plan for the day:

Great to see so many people and colleges have signed up.
If everyone could be there at 10 here is a pin of the location. There will be two sessions in the morning (racing techniques, and getting to know the course) and then lunch at 12:30 to 2 so please bring food warm drink etc.
We will then be getting back on and doing like a fun practice boatercross.
We suggest if you can to bring two sets of gear to stay warm.
We should be finished at 4!
Everyone needs to bring all their own gear if you are struggling with not having gera let us know and we can see what we can do!
