University of Limerick Kayak Club

If we have enough interest, there will be a REC 3 course run on the weekend of March 1st - 3rd (it is run over the whole weekend; Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday)
A REC (Remote and Emergency Care) course is a type of first aid course suited for outdoor sports, and it's really important that people learn these skills within the club.

This is suited for everyone from first year and all the way up, and makes you a more valuable paddler within the club.

The price last year was €70 for anyone doing the full course and €50 for anyone refreshing their cert (price may increase depending on the number of participants).

There will be 12 spaces available, sign up below.
