So for this year I've decided to do something different for varsities.

To be eligible to compete at Varsities you must attend at least 6 different outback sessions. Beginning at the start of the semester. The pool does not count whatsoever. This will work out to be roughly a session a week which is not that much at all. I plan on having a list for people to sign when they're there, an attendance sheet essentially.

Im hoping to have outback run at least once a day. Whenever I'm there ill be focusing on flat water racing so if you're looking for a few tips get onto me.

Pool makes ya soft and is an unrealistic training so if you really want to improve get outback!
