Club Olympics 2017

I'd like to formally invite all members to take part in the ULKC Club Olympics 2017. This is an event for all abilities from beginner to expert. The Olympics take place on the UL Open Days where we'll usually be meeting in the boathouse on campus. Even if you're new to a part of kayaking do try your best to take part, this event will have a lot of members willing to share their knowledge and catch you if you fall (swim). This event is free for all club members, and as usual, we'd appreciate if anyone with a car let us know when they're signing up in case we need more help moving people.

Here's an initial outline of events:
Wednesday 18th October:

• 19:00 Info Night & Film @ TBD
• 21:30 Beginner Polo @ UL Arena 50m Pool

Thursday 19th October:

• 09:00 Freestyle, Meeting @ UL Boathouse
• 14:00 Slalom, Meeting @ UL Boathouse
• 21:30 Expert Polo @ UL Arena 50m Pool

Friday 20th October:

• 09:00 Whitewater, Meeting @ UL Boathouse
• 13:00 Marathon (Long Distance), Continuing from Clareville Waterworks (Usual get-off)
  (Boats for Marathon will be packed at 09:00)
• 16:00 BBQ & Award Ceremony

Yeah. Everyone can take part in as little or as much as they'd like to!
