No rain due till next week so don't know what the plan is yet. Looks like I can't do Saturday anymore and only a maybe for Sunday so think we are even for days people can do it again

So trials are being postponed till end of week 1 next semester.
With no rain due and Castleconnel being so low these days we are hoping that either a river will be running or CC will be a bit higher.

Will also be a better representation of people's fitness since its only a week before Varsities

End of week 1(weekend) 28/29 Jan but can be done on the Friday if thats what more people want

The whitewater trials will take place on the Flesk river at the Flesk Extreme Race. A competency on the Glens is the minimum requirement to run this river. More information about the race here:

Ok the plan eoghan is drive the mini bus down to cork Friday night with the trailer.... packing is at 5 30 and we hoping to leave at 6. Then we are heading for a meal in glenville (just north of the city) which is optional people can drink in the pub or van and then we should be heading into the city to meet up with ucc at like 10... then drink with them for a while me ether crash on there floor or go back to mine... then get up next morning and go to Kerry at some stage and run the race.
