Stevo i've seen you do a cartwheel in the pool. Challenge yourself to something you cant already do, a splitwheel is a cartwheel with a 180 degree rotation halfway through. You could get it within a month if you tried.

I haven't seen Conor phonix monkey before. Phonix Mokey is a pirouette into a loop in one fluid motion.

Its about trying something new and pushing yourself.

I realize that this may have come across as an attack, which it is not intended to be.

Its a reminder to think about while you're doing your own thing in the pool think about what others are sacrificing in order for things to go smoothly.
Be grateful. I have hardly seen Conor in the pool at all this year because of the work he put in the first few weeks.

Just a suggestion,
If each person gave themselves a realistic deadline as to when they hope to do the move for the first time, it might keep them motivated to stick at it, after the first person lands theirs.
