The riverfest Fireworks are on Sunday evening at 9.45 from King John's. It's about 2 hours after high tide. Anyone want to catch them from the water? The flow shouldn't be a problem, we can launch from Gower, watch the show from Shannon Rowing Club and get out at Get West.

If you are on the water you may be the cause of the fireworks not going off at all...

If the H&S crew see you on the water (and they will) they may have to change the timing to allow you to get clear as you may well be literally in the firing line. Not fun to be the cause of a few tens of thousands of people pissed off at you...

No we will launch from below Gower and move to shannon rowing club and below any safety line that will be in place. Gower won't be running yet.
