I'm going to be doing laps up to Thomond bridge and back. I'd recommend everyone to work on their level three skills while out too. Anyone who is unsure of the syllabus have a look at the link. If you have any questions about anything on the water just ask me or Mark when we're out there.

Great to see such big numbers guys. Because of this I'd like to see everyone in creekers brushing up on their skills and we'll see if anyone would be available for an assessment this weekend. I'm going to us a creeker instead now so that I can give anyone a hand who needs it. (Bags the Remix)
