The Rowing Club have very kindly offered us the use of their gym and equipment in the Boathouse for a price of 3 euro per person per session. The only condition is that one of the rowers will have to be in attendance during any of our sessions to supervise what we are doing. I need to know if people will actually be interested in taking part in a proper gym routine. I also need to know what times best suit people for this because I don't want to end up having only 2 kayakers and 1 rower having to spend their time supervising just 2 people. It isnt fair on them!
So if you're interested in a very beneficial gym program, I need to know ASAP when you're free to attend so that sessions can be organised. Simon is working on a program for people to use so you will be shown how to do any and all exercises that are new to you.
