All you have to do is drop down to the UL Boathouse on Wednesday 8th October at 2.15 pm with a spare change of clothes, old shoes that you don't mind getting wet and a towel! We will provide all the gear that you need (incl. wetsuits) and there will also be showering facilities for anyone who wants them afterwards.
And the best part is, as long as you've paid your membership fee its FREE!
