Limerick Tide Tables: http://www.sfpc.ie/download/Tides%202014%20.pdf Gower works about three hours after high tide, if the ESB are releasing enough water from Ardnacrusha.

River Gauges: http://riverspy.net/

Tuam hole gauge: https://waterlevel.ie/0000030007/0001/day/
Works .95-1.35
To loop without hitting the bottom you want over 1

This video will also be of a lot of use to most of our newer paddlers....

This is Rudy Rampage running through one of the most basic skills in kayaking, the wet exit, in a nice short and well thought out fashion. One of the lesser known kayaking instructors but one of the best as far as I am concerned.

GO RUDY!

Id use the word 'works' very loosely when the gauge is at.55. .70 is tasty

The gauge for Gower

It's a gauge in town affect by the tide so ignore the peaks.
The lower reading need to be between .75 and 1.2m

Yep Parteen Weir - Ardnacrusha = CC. Currently at 10 cumecs but whether or not that is true is another thing.
