This is Rudy Rampage running through one of the most basic skills in kayaking, the wet exit, in a nice short and well thought out fashion. One of the lesser known kayaking instructors but one of the best as far as I am concerned.

Id use the word 'works' very loosely when the gauge is at.55. .70 is tasty

The gauge for Gower

It's a gauge in town affect by the tide so ignore the peaks.
The lower reading need to be between .75 and 1.2m

So take the Ardnacrucha flow and take it from the Parteen flow and that's what end's up in CC??

Yep Parteen Weir - Ardnacrusha = CC. Currently at 10 cumecs but whether or not that is true is another thing.
