Mandatory alps talk

Lads seeing as there were only 13 people at the safety day today I'm running a talk on Friday night for anyone who wasn't there. This is absolutely not to be missed. We'll be going through what you need to know for rescue scenarios and rope work as well as general attitude and fitness. Meeting at the BH at 8pm. No excuses.

Apologies for my non-attendance, i was ill yesterday and last night with a serious migraine, and I'm only resurfacing now after falling apart after work.
