University of Limerick Kayak Club

So it's that time of year again when you start splashing that cash for the amazing weeks that is the Alps!!!

We don't have exact prices for the weeks yet as we're still finalising some of the details but it will be roughly around the cost of last year.

Last Year's Price
Week 1-3 €500
Weeks 2-3 €400
Week 1 or week 2 or week 3 (only going for 1 week) - €200

Once we have final prices I'll let ye know straight away.

So this year's payments will be a little different in the way that ONLY BANK TRANSFER IS ACCEPTED.

The first round of payments starts today, so if you all could start transfering €150 to the club account: viewtopic.php?t=18431 pretty please.

The deadline for these payments will be Sunday April 23rd.

The final balance will the be due Monday the 15th of May ( the week the lads leave for week 1)

When paying make sure you CHANGE YOUR REFERENCE to your name (which is the most important bit) and alps payment i.e KatieAlpsdeposit
If you don't I won't know who's paid there monies.
Also please post here once you've paid as I won't be checking the bank everyday

If for any reason people have problems with meeting these payment dates or any other issues please get onto me ASAP.
This isn't like any other trip in the way that all payments MUST pay BEFORE we leave with no exceptions!!
