What do you mean the error of the gauge? With no stick gauge to take a precise level surely that graph is the definitive river level?

Re: Epic Video Thread
https://www.facebook.com/dan.heyworth/videos/10150625210975481/ Ye know that Topo Spud in the boathouse?! Yeah... It predates the boof stroke, and most other modern paddling techniques! That was also approximately the time the level 2 and level 3 syllabuses were written, so if anyone who is prepari...

Ah ok sweet. If will make your life any easier you might as well just renew it now, that's only a month away. Otherwise I'll come badgering you again the next time I'm entering a competition.

Re: 9R Reports!!!
Yo Mac, are there any undisclosed ulterior motives for this thread?! Also... WE HAVE A 9R?? I'm missing all the news these days! ...I guess that should be 'ye' have a 9R now... Well wear anyway, it should be great craic on CC. Bar the usual outfitting and grab loop issues Burns have always lasted we...

Re: RE: Re: Epic Video Thread
Patrick Aniol toned down the crazy level a LOT after he broke his back double freewheeling double drop in Norway a few years ago! If you want to see proper nuts check out the older videos of him. A lot of them are probably on this thread. Still a sick project tho, some pair of stones needed! Is Gowe...

Re: Canoeing Ireland Membership
Each paid up member gets the club a vote at the Canoeing Ireland AGM too, make sure you use them when the time comes. It can be done by proxy but that needs to be organised beforehand. The club itself only gets one vote, which is pretty much useless against clubs with lots of CI members. Sent from m...

Re: Committee Minutes Feb 2016 - Feb 2017
Not that I know of Patrick but that doesn't mean it can't happen, the plan changes every year. Chat to the trips officer as early as you can if you have any special requirements for travelling to the Alps.

Re: RE: Re: Committee Minutes Feb 2016 - Feb 2017
People need to stay for longer than a week, unless unable due to coop. About time, fair play! People have been taking the piss in recent years heading out for the advanced week only and then leaving the club high and dry when it comes to leaders and instructors for the other weeks. Where there's a ...

Re: Epic Video Thread
I completely disagree Keyes. Keller is paddling a Braaap, its slicey as shit and he wrecks da gaff in it. The whole point in my opinion is hes using a boat that's purposely not as easy to use on that grade of whitewater. The Tuna is easy as shit to use because of its huge rocker o that grade of ww....
