Glens Friday March 31st?

I'm not working on Friday, and it looks likely that the Glens will be up enough to make it worth doing.

Anyone want to come along? Plan 'a' is to be at the BH for 10.
Post up here or text me if you're interested.

Looks like nobody wants the 3 man, so I'll leave that at home then.

Re: A note on ferry timetables

Cool, figured that. One less day of vacation to arrange.. It'll keep the boss a bit happier that I'll be back a day sooner!

A note on ferry timetables

I was looking at the Irish Ferries timetables, and there's no ferry that comes back to Ireland on the Wednesday - we can either come back on the Tuesday 6th or the Thursday 8th. Just worth noting for people taking holidays or having to notify employers etc. Travel out options: Rosslare - Cherbourg M...

Re: pool sessions and historical agreements

I don't see why subaqua would have any problem with the 25m pool, if anything it'll be lots more useful given the significantly greater depth present in the 25m pool. Swim club, it'll just mean learning tumble turns. The hours in the 50m are ours alone and always have been. We have been generous eno...

Weather forecast for the weekend so far :) THURSDAY ... Little change in the pattern yet, although the coverage of wintry showers might decrease in favour of cold wintry sunshine in a continuing northeast wind of 30-50 km/hr. Morning lows -4 to -1 C with heavy frost in some places, and afternoon hig...

We drive along this river if we come from Udine, at least the lower stretches of it. About 45 min from the campsite, same time away as the top stretches of the Soca

pool sessions and historical agreements

Someone said it to me recently about pool sessions and what the agreements are, so I thought I'd better put it down here.. Back in the mists of time when there was a 33.1m pool in the PESS building, ULKC had the three end-of-day sessions Tue/Wed/Thu. When the Arena was built and the pool in the PESS...

I recognise a lot of those - and the person that put it together should really have acknowledged the originals for each and every one of those - it's not cool to reuse that kind of stuff without linking back. No wonder that comments are disabled, the uploader would be getting roasted. The last one, ...
