The club used to have a very strong ABS thread going. Use the search on the forum if you don't know what it is. I'm meeting Brian after work today for a quick run from Castleconnell to the waterworks this evening. Leaving the boathouse at 5.45 to be paddling at 6.30 and off the water by like 7.15.
